By booking a session, purchasing a programme, or engaging with any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All coaching sessions and programmes must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment confirms your booking and secures your scheduled session time or place within a programme.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in the session being forfeited
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is treated as a missed session and is non-refundable

Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions or services already delivered.

If a session has been booked but not yet delivered, refund requests may be considered at Aligna Coaching’s discretion, based on timing and individual circumstances.

Realign & Rise is a private, personalised 12-week professional reinvention programme delivered through bi-weekly 1:1 Zoom strategy sessions.

Due to the customised and strategic nature of this programme, specific refund and cancellation terms apply.

Participants may withdraw within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • Session dates have not yet been agreed upon
  • No onboarding materials have been released

Refund requests within this period must be submitted in writing to info@alignacoaching.com within the 48-hour window.

Once session dates have been confirmed and onboarding materials have been released, the programme is considered commenced.

After commencement, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes any remaining sessions, programme access, and materials provided.
