Coaching Services Scope

Aligna Coaching provides professional coaching services, strategic advisory support, and personal development programmes designed to support clarity, alignment, and purposeful action.

By booking a session, purchasing a programme, or engaging with any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Booking and Payment Terms

All coaching sessions and programmes must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment confirms your booking and secures your scheduled session time or place within a programme.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in the session being forfeited
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is treated as a missed session and is non-refundable

This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of scheduled time commitments.

General Coaching Services

Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions or services already delivered.

If a session has been booked but not yet delivered, refund requests may be considered at Aligna Coaching’s discretion, based on timing and individual circumstances.

Digital Products and Resources

Due to the personalised and strategic nature of this programme, specific refund and cancellation terms apply.

Realign & Rise Programme

Overview

Realign & Rise is a private, personalised 12-week professional reinvention programme delivered through bi-weekly 1:1 Zoom strategy sessions.

Due to the customised and strategic nature of this programme, specific refund and cancellation terms apply.

Cooling-Off Period

Participants may withdraw within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • Session dates have not yet been agreed upon
  • No onboarding materials have been released

Refund requests within this period must be submitted in writing to info@alignacoaching.com within the 48-hour window.

Commencement of Programme

Once session dates have been confirmed and onboarding materials have been released, the programme is considered commenced.

After commencement, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes any remaining sessions, programme access, and materials provided.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions (Programme-specific)

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost

All programme materials are proprietary intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
